DOING THE HARD YARDS
BikesportNZ.com gets around the place.
Almost every weekend, the BikesportNZ.com crew will pop up at some major event or another, on the spot to give you accurate, first-hand accounts of just what is happening in the motorcycling world.
We were there to record the action at the New Zealand Enduro Championship rounds, at the New Zealand Cross-country Championship rounds, at the superbike nationals, at the motocross nationals, at the Battle of the Clubs MX fundraiser in Taupo, the Tarawera 100 cross-country marathon near Whakatane, the Acerbis Four-Hour near Taupo, the Taikorea 500 near Himatangi, the Whakatane Summercross, the Cemetery Circuit races in Wanganui, the Bel Ray Series near Huntly and the NZ Junior Motocross Championships at Te Kuiti … and we even get overseas from time to time too, the Motocross of Nations in Europe or the Australian Motocross Championships just a couple of examples where we have been clocking up the air miles.
This means that, on a daily basis, the BikesportNZ.com web site can provide exclusive, fresh and original content, while the company also saturates the mainstream print media with motorcycling news.
Unlike so many other sites, we don’t just half-wittedly cut and paste other people’s words and pictures from PR items, brainlessly re-broadcasting the same content that is displayed everywhere else.
But, as well as posting a huge chunk of home-grown material on this site, every single week, BikesportNZ.com breaks through the invisible barrier to give the motorcycling community – be it fans of motocross, supercross, enduro, cross-country racing, trials riding or superbikes – wicked widespread coverage in the nation’s mainstream media.
We manage to push motorcycle sport into the mass media forefront, often ahead of the “traditional” Kiwi sports such as rugby, cricket and netball.
And it’s something we could do for you, your race team and for your company too … contact our crew by emailing admin@bikesportnz.com
Dozens of newspapers publish our stories and photos each week and here is just a small sampling of some of our recent work to feature in the mainstream media …
