When you listen to Australian road-racing legend Mick Doohan talk, it is hard to imagine him being scared of anything.
But the five-time MotoGP world champion admits that he was always scared while trying to race the insane 500cc 2-stroke weapon that made his era one of the most revered in the sport.
Mighty Mick is anything but retired at this point but and is one of the busiest people that you could know.
Regardless, it’s great to be able to snag an hour and a half of epic chat with one of the greatest to ever ride on two wheels!
This podcast was a real treat to be given the freedom to ask Mick all the questions we’d want to ask about one of the most amazing careers in motorsports.
So, try to remember Mick’s comments when you watch this season’s heroes race the world’s toughest tracks at insane speeds.
